Meet Dr. Andrew Choi

General Dentist Riverside: Dr. Andrew Choi attended the University of California at San Diego, where he received a bachelor’s degree in biology. Post-graduation, he spent some years as a sales and marketing representative at a biotechnology firm. Dr. Andrew’s interest in dentistry grew while volunteering his time on a US Navy humanitarian mission to Southeast Asia. Assisting dentists and other medical professionals in the world’s most poverty-stricken areas was life-changing for him.

Dr. Andrew took a non-conventional path by going to the Philippines for dental school. He graduated from the Adventist University of the Philippines before attending an advanced international dental program at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, where he was recognized by the school’s faculty doctors and received awards for excellence in prosthodontics and endodontic therapy.

Dr. Andrew’s life and treatment philosophy revolve around his passion for growth. He wakes up to spend each day trying to be a little wiser than he was when he woke up. This philosophy impacts his love for dentistry. Dr. Choi continues to pursue education on a daily basis through organizations such as Spear Education and the L.D. Pankey Institute, among many other well-recognized dental education institutions. He is also a member of local study clubs at Inland Choice Dental.
